Maksim V. Doroshkevich
Mr. Doroshkevich was born on 30 May, 1975. He is a graduate of Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology and Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics.
From 1999 to 2004 Mr. Doroshkevich held various positions in financial and industrial companies. From March, 2004 to May, 2006 He was Acting General Director for Finance and Economics at KCCW, OJSC. From May, 2006 to August, 2007 Mr. Doroshkevich held the position of General Director of Halogen, OJSC. From August, 2007 to May, 2008 he was Chairman of the Board of Directors at Halogen, OJSC and Polymer Plant of KCCW, LLC. Since May, 2008 Mr. Doroshkevich has been holding the position of Chief Executive Officer of HaloPolymer, OJSC.

Aleksey S. Zaborskiy
Mr. Zaborskiy was born in 1973. He is a graduate of Saint-Petersburg State Polytechnical University School of Economics and Management and holds an Executive MBA Degree in Banking and Finance from Stockholm University Business School.
In the period from 1996 to 2004 he held various positions in financial management of industrial and financial companies, from 2004 to 2005 Mr. Zaborskiy worked as the Financial Director of NCC Industry Ltd. in Russia and the Baltic States. After that, he held the position of Director for Finance and Economics at Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System, OJSC and the position of Deputy Financial Director of Central European Aluminium Company. Since August, 2008 Mr. Zaborskiy has been holding the position of Chief Financial Officer of HaloPolymer, OJSC.

Alexander L. Villemson
Mr. Villemson was born in 1980. He is a graduate of Moscow State University School of Chemistry. He is a PhD in Chemistry, an effective member of APGI (Association de Pharmacie Galenique Industrielle). From 2001 to 2005 Mr. Villemson was a research fellow of Chemical Enzymology Chair at the Moscow State University School of Chemistry. He was engaged in the scientific work on Russian and International Grants, development of new nano-sized pharmaceutical forms. From 2005 to 2007 he held key positions at Degussa Chemistry, LLC, a subsidiary of chemical group DEGUSSA AG (Evonik Industries). In 2007 he was senior specialist of Business Development Administration at Constructive Bureau, MC LLC.
