An active social policy is one of the key strategic goals of HaloPolymer, OJSC. In addition to the collective contract, the Company’s enterprises are implementing Social Programmes to develop long-term partnership relations with the enterprises’ employees, create high staff potential, and facilitate the resolving of complex production and management issues. The social programmes at the Company’s enterprises are developed in accordance with the interests and demands of our employees and in cooperation with trade unions.
HaloPolymer’s social programme consists of the following priorities:
- Education and training programmes for the plant’s employees;
- Medical services for the Company’s employees;
- Corporate sport development;
- Organization of leisure and free time;
- Housing construction for employees and housing loans (accommodation);
- Support to unemployed retirees, labour veterans, disabled people, etc.;
- Work with children and young people.
