Articles are produced up to 20 g by weight from free-flowing (agglomerated) fluoroplast-4А (TU 6-05-1999) by automatic molding on the power press of KB mark. The present equipment allows manufacturing a wide range of articles with output of 12-35 units per minute. At the same time accuracy of material charging into the press-mold cavity comes to ±2% by weight.
Articles are produced according to TU 301-05-5-89 standard in the form of sealing rings, plates, gaskets, tubes and so on in the press-molds available at the manufacturer and made according to customers’ requirements. The technology allows producing article of more complicated form.
The dimensions of articles (their inner and outer diameters, height) and tolerances on them are determined by the drafts approved between the customer and the manufacturer.

The technology introduced allowed increasing the usage coefficient of difficult-to-obtain fluoroplast and manufacturing articles on the equipment with high output without further processing.
