Semi-finished products and articles are manufactured of secondary fluoroplasts and compounds according to TU 6–05–1947–83, and of fluoroplast heat-treated powders according to TU 301–05–25–89 by ram extrusion or molding with the next sintering in forms under pressure or in free state (for not heat-treated fluoroplasts). Articles made of these semi-finished products manufactured by machining method. Semi-finished and finished products manufacture of secondary fluoroplast-4, fluoroplast-4D, fluoroplast-4А and fluoroplast-4М mixture is permitted.
Semi-finished and finished products of secondary fluoroplasts and compounds are intended for joint and antifriction purpose components manufacture: gaskets, rings, tubes, working in superheated water and steam and in corrosive mediums (acids, alkalis, spirits or their mixtures).
Components’ operation temperature range is from minus 60 °С to plus 250°С.
Warranty period of storage is 5 years from the date of production.
Semi-finished products and articles made of secondary fluoroplast-4 and fluoroplast-4D can be used at the expiration of the noticed period, if they correspond to Standard requirements (TU) after repeated test. Secondary fluoroplast and compound articles and semi-finished products` sizes are to be agreed between manufacturer and customer, and stipulated in specification. Semi-finished products and articles made of secondary fluoroplasts of 1 and 2 rates have being manufactured according to secondary raw materials fouling factor and physical-mechanical properties.
