Foil-coated plain and reinforced fluoroplast sheets (FF-4, FAF-4D) GOST 21000-81 Foil-coated reinforced fluoroplast-4D sheets (FAF-4DSKL) TU 6-05-1817-88
FAF-4D sheets represent reinforced by varnished cloth fluoroplast-4D coated by electrosheet copper of 0.035 or 0.05 mm thick on each side.
FAF-4DSKL sheets represent alternate one after another layers of tape F4D-SKL and glass cloth coated by electrosheet copper of 0.035 or 0.05 mm thick on each side.
FF-4 sheets represent fluoroplast-4 coated by electrosheet copper of 0.035 or 0.05 mm thick on each side.
Foil-coated high-frequency insulators are used widely as a base of circuit plates working in microwave band, as electrical insulation for printed components of transmitter-receivers; they are able to work in the temperature range between -60°C and +250°C.
