Telomeric alcohols are products having general formula H(CF–CF) CH 2 2 n 2 OH, where n = 1-3
Molecular weight (according to International Atomic Weights 1973) for telomeric alcohols with n=1-4 is 132,06, 232,07, 332,09, respectively.
There are 3 types of telomeric alcohols available:

Thanks to a unique set of their properties the fluorinated liquids and lubricants are used in different industries: electrical and electronic, chemical and others, and also in high-voltage radio- and electrical equipment. These fluorinated products are used in medicine and as heat carriers in fire-hazardous production.
