Fine cut with narrow particle size distribution (RX series)

Polytetrafluoroethylene – is a product of tetrafluoroethylene polymerization, polymer with a unique combination of physical, antifriction, chemical and other properties that can’t be found in any other material. These properties can be saved in a wide range of temperatures: from -269°С to +260 °С.
Fluoroplast F-4 Fine cut is a homopolymer of tetrafluoroethylene, subjected to additional grinding to impart improved consumer properties. RX grade is a fine cut Floroplast-4 with improved particle size distribution; grades are characterized by a narrower particle distribution range. It is used for the manufacturing of products of increased reliability with high dielectric characteristics, which are resistant to strong aggressive medium and operating at a temperature plus 260ᵒС. Grades RX-015, RX-025, RX-040 are recommended for the manufacturing of big billets and skived films. Grades RX-115, RX-125, RX-140 are recommended for the manufacturing of compositions with fillers.
