PTFE FLUOROPLAST-4 grade PN60

Fluoroplast-4 grade PN60 (F-4PN60) is fully fluorinated suspension fine cut PTFE resin which has an excellent chemical stability, electrical and mechanical properties. The material is a granular powder product designed for usage from small to medium billet compression molding, which is well suited to thin skived film applications requiring excellent physical and electrical properties.

Main application:
• for the production of electrotechnical articles of enhanced reliability;
• further milling;
• fabricating of electrical insulation, insulation and porous, rolled films, tape gaskets;
• preparing the pre-sintered material.
