PTFE FLUOROPLAST-4 grade PN

Fluoroplast-4 grade PN (F-4PN) is fully fluorinated suspension PTFE resin which has an excellent chemical stability, electrical and mechanical properties. The material is a granular powder product designed for usage from small to medium billet compression molding, which is well suited to thin skived film applications requiring excellent physical and electrical properties.

Main application:
• production of articles (rods, pipes, bushings, small billets) by compression (direct) and isostatic molding;
• fabricating the end products by molding Fluoroplast-4PN such as skived sheets, gaskets, spacers, bushings, seals;
• further milling;
• preparing the pre-sintered material.
