Composition of hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids
PRODUCTION
Composition of hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids is transparent colorless or yellowish liquid with a sharp odor.
Composition of acids are formed by mixing the accompanying gases with water during the production of certain products (fluoropolymers, freons, monomers).
To reduce the corrosive properties of the reagent, corrosion inhibitors are added to the mixture.
The product is manufactured in accordance with the following normative documentation*:
Standard 05807960-004-2016 Composition of hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids without inhibitor, HCl 22-30%, HF 4-6%
Standard 6-01-14-78-91, amendments 1-3 Inhibited composition of hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids for the well treatment HCl 20-25%, HF 3-5%
Standard 95-157-90, amendments 1-3 Composition of hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids grade A, HCl is not more than 15 %, HF is not less than 32%
* Concentration of the product can be reduced or increased in accordance with customer requirements and production capabilities.
LOGISTICS
The product is transported in a specialized transport: acid tank truck, cisterns, tank-containers.
We have our own fleet of railway cisterns that have undergone special preparations and gumming, for ensuring uninterrupted supply of the product without loss of quality, within the timeframes that our customers need. Before the loading, each rolling stock unit undergoes an obligatory cleaning, steaming and drying procedure.
The product is also sold in small packages - barrels, IBC containers, jerrycans. Our factories have all the necessary facilities to tare the product in the right amount. The product, loaded in small packages, is transported in covered wagons and trucks (with all necessary permits and certificates).
APPLICATION
Composition of acids has a wide range of applications in various industries.
• In the oil industry - as a means for cleaning oil wells to increase oil recovery of terrigenous reservoirs. Also, hydrochloric acid is the main raw material to produce acidic compounds and acid mixtures widely used in the extraction of oil and gas.
• In metallurgy - used for "etching" of metals.
• It is used by the largest enterprises to remove external particles and all kinds of bacteria from production boilers, tanks, parts and assemblies.
